TLC Psychiatry is an adult psychiatric practice coming to Smithtown, New York in December 2026. The practice focuses on adult, perinatal and reproductive psychiatry, where clinical expertise meets warmth, intention and genuine connection through every season of life.
Whole-Person Care
TLC Psychiatry will take an individualized approach to care. Conversations will consider the concerns that bring each person to care alongside their history, daily life, goals and the season of life they are navigating.
Founder
TLC Psychiatry is founded and operated by Tobi Olaofe, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a focus on perinatal and reproductive mental health.
The practice is being shaped around warmth, intention and genuine connection. Care planning will be collaborative and tailored to the individual rather than following a one size fits all approach.
